걸그룹 프리스틴이 해체한 가운데 멤버 카일라가 심경을 전했다.

25일 카일라는 자신의 인스타그램에 "이런 게시물을 올려 죄송하다. 플레디스 걸스 시절 부터 우리를 응원해준 여러분 모두에게 너무 미안하고 감사하다"는 글을 올렸다.

이어 카일라는 "프리스틴이 공식적으로 해체됐지만 나는 우리가 함께했던 추억과 성적들에 대해 좋은 기억을 가지길 바란다"며 "지난 2년간 우리를 응원해준 모든 사람들에게 감사한다"고 전했다.

앞서 지난 24일 프리스틴의 소속사 플레디스엔터테인먼트는 "멤버들과 충분한 시간을 두고 많이 생각하고, 논의 끝에 프리스틴 해체 및 당사와의 계약 종료라는 결론을 내게 됐다"라고 밝혔다.

프리스틴은 지난 2016년 프리 데뷔앨범 이후 2017년 3월 가요계에 정식 데뷔, 그해 8월 두 번째 미니앨범을 발표한 뒤 이렇다 할 활동 없이 줄곧 공백기를 가져왔다. 그동안 해체설, 멤버 탈퇴설 등에 휩싸이다 결국 해체를 결정했다.

Dear HIghs,

I am so devastated that I have to be uploading this post and I know that so many of you have a million questions.

For now, I just want to say I am so sorry and also incredibly grateful to all of you who have supported us from the beginning from when we were Pledis Girlz to now.

While Pristin has officially disbanded, I would like to ask you all not to be upset and angry, but rather joyous of the memories that we've had together and all of the amazing things we have accomplished.

Moving forward, I hope you all will find it in your hearts to support me as Kyla Massie instead of Pristin Kyla. I had been with Pledis for approximately 9 years now and I am very lucky to have had this amazing experience and to have had such a wonderful second family.

Thank you. It has been a rollercoaster ride the past 2 years and I couldn't be more grateful to all of the people who have supported us over this time.
