[Multi-culture News] Gyeonggi-do will support the vacation bonus to F-5˙F-6 visa holders who are non-regular workers or freelancers with low income

Gyeonggi Province is promoting a vacation bonus support project to guarantee the right to rest for non-regular workers. Not only domestic workers but also foreign workers can apply.

This project was introduced to support non-regular workers or freelance workers in Gyeonggi-do, who find it difficult to fully enjoy their vacation due to economic reasons, to enjoy cultural life, and enjoy leisure activities.

The subsidy is paid in such a way that the Gyeonggi Province provides an additional 250,000 won when the worker accumulates 150,000 won in self-pay.

The target of support is special type workers such as surrogate drivers, visiting tutors, insurance solicitors, fixed-term workers, and non-regular workers who are 19 years of age or older and earning less than 36 million won in annual income.

Foreigners holding an F-5 (permanent residence visa) or F-6 (marriage immigrant visa) visa can apply for the subsidy if they meet the application conditions. Foreigners who wish to apply for the subsidy can choose one of ID card, proof of alien registration, copy of alien registration card, copy of the permanent resident card, and proof of residence and submit it.

Applications will be accepted through the Gyeonggi Cultural Foundation website (www.ggcf.kr) until the 16th of May. Selected workers can use various contents such as travel, culture, education, and leisure through the online mall (www.ggvacation.ezwel.com) with their own savings between June and December.

[다문화뉴스] 경기도가 비정규직 외국인 근로자에게 휴가비 지원합니다

경기도가 비정규직 근로자의 휴식권 보장을 위해 휴가비 지원 사업을 추진한다. 내국인 근로자 뿐만 아니라 외국인 근로자도 신청 가능하다.

이 사업은 경기지역에서 비정규직 또는 프리랜서 등 활동하는 근로자 중 경제적인 이유로 휴가를 온전히 즐기기 어려운 근로자가 문화생활을 향유하고 여가 활동 즐길 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 도입됐다.

지원금 지급은 노동자가 자부담금 15만원을 적립하면 경기도가 25만원을 추가로 지원하는 방식으로 진행된다.

지원 대상은 대리운전기사·학습지 교사·보험설계사 등의 특수형태근로 종사자, 기간제 노동자, 비정규직 노동자 중 만 19세 이상이면서 연간 소득이 3천600만원 미만인 도민이다.

F-5(영주권 비자) 또는 F-6(결혼이민 비자) 비자를 소지하고 있는 외국인도 지원 조건에 부합하면 지원금을 신청할 수 있다. 지원금을 신청하고자 하는 외국인은 신분증, 외국인등록사실증명, 외국인등록증 사본, 영주증 사본, 거소증, 사본 중 하나를 선택해 제출하면 된다.

신청 접수는 오는 16일까지 경기문화재단 홈페이지(www.ggcf.kr)를 통해 진행된다. 선정된 근로자는 오는 6월과 12월 사이에 본인의 적립금으로 '경기도형문화여가상품' 전용 온라인몰(www.ggvacation.ezwel.com)을 통해 여행, 문화, 교육, 여가 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있다.
