[Multi-culture News] Pearl S. Buck Foundation Korea selects scholarship students from multicultural families

The Korea Pearl S. Buck Foundation is recruiting ‘Core People-Future Dream’ scholarship students for middle school students from low-income multicultural families living in the metropolitan area until the 17th.

The ‘Core People-Future Dream’ scholarship program is a project that supports teenagers from multicultural families to develop their own career paths.

Students selected as scholarship students receive a monthly scholarship of 190,000 won until January next year and have the opportunity to participate in various programs prepared by the foundation.

A total of 16 people will be selected, and the final list will be announced on the 24th after document screening.

[다문화뉴스] 한국펄벅재단, 다문화가정 중학생 대상 장학생 선발

한국펄벅재단이 오는 17일까지 수도권에 거주하는 저소득 다문화가정의 중학생을 대상으로 ‘Core People-Future Dream’ 장학생을 모집한다.

재단이 운영하는 ‘Core People-Future Dream’ 장학 프로그램은 다문화가정 청소년들이 꿈을 갖고 자신의 진로를 개발할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.

장학생으로 선발된 학생들은 내년 1월까지 매월 장학금 19만 원을 지원받으며 재단에서 마련한 다양한 프로그램에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 얻는다.

선발 인원은 총 16명이며 심사를 거쳐 오는 24일 최종 명단이 발표될 예정이다.

지원자는 ▶공공기관·교육기관·NGO 및 복지기관의 추천서 ▶장학지원 신청서 ▶가정환경 조사서 ▶주민등록등본 ▶2022년 지방세 세목별 과세증명서 ▶2022년 학교생활기록부 등의 서류를 한국펄벅재단 이메일로 제출하면 된다.
