[Multi-culture News] Blue House will open on May 10: the way to make a reservation for touring

The Blue House is scheduled to be fully opened after the presidential inauguration ceremony of President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol on May 10. Accordingly, the reservation service for touring the Blue House is in operation.

The reservation service for touring the Blue House, which started on the 27th, can be conducted through online platforms such as Naver, Kakao, and Toss. Foreigners can also apply if they can verify their identity through the online platform.

The way to make a reservation is as follows. First, access the 'Blue House Open Homepage(청와대 개방 홈페이지)' and click on 'Events(행사)' and 'Application for Tour(관람 신청)' in that order. When the 'Application for Viewing(관람 신청)' page opens, applicants can see the icons of Naver, KakaoTalk, and Toss, and select one of these three platforms to apply.

Applicants can make the reservation directly by accessing the online platforms without going through the ‘Blue House Open Homepage’. In the case of the Naver App, if you search for keywords such as 'Apply for touring the Blue House(청와대 관람 신청)', a 'Request for touring(관람 신청)' item appears at the top of the search results screen. Click on this and fill out the application form. In the case of KakaoTalk, applicants can fill out an application form by searching for the ‘국민비서 구삐' channel, moving to the corresponding chat room, and clicking the 'Blue House Tour(청와대 관람)' menu displayed at the bottom of the chat room. On Toss, click the 'All menu(전체 메뉴)’ at the bottom of the Toss app and click the Request Blue House Tour(청와대 관람 신청하기) menu from the list of services.

After moving to the viewing application screen, the applicant fills in information such as the type of viewing, the desired date, time, and the number of people to tour and submits the application. Winning notifications will be sent through the government's representative administrative service(written as 국민비서 in Korean).

The Blue House is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tours will be held for 2 hours per session respectively a total of 6 times a day. About 6,500 visitors can enter each session. On May 10, the first day of opening, it will be open from noon to 8:00 p.m.

청와대가 오는 5월 10일 윤석열 당선인의 대통령 취임식 행사가 끝나는 시각에 맞춰 전면 개방될 예정인 가운데 청와대 관람 예약 서비스가 운영되고 있다.

지난 27일부터 시작된 청와대 관람 예약 서비스는 네이버, 카카오, 토스 등 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 이용할 수 있다. 해당 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 본인 인증을 할 수 있다면 외국인도 신청 가능하다.

관람 예약 방법은 다음과 같다. 우선 ’청와대 개방 홈페이지‘에 접속한 뒤 '행사', '관람 신청' 항목을 순서대로 클릭한다. '관람 신청' 페이지가 열리면 네이버, 카카오톡, 토스 아이콘이 보이고 이 3가지 플랫폼 중 한 곳을 선택해 신청하면 된다.

‘청와대 개방 홈페이지’를 거치지 않고 직접 온라인 플랫폼에 접속해도 관람을 신청할 수 있다. 네이버앱의 경우 '청와대 관람 신청' 등 키워드를 검색하면 검색결과 화면 상단에 '관람신청' 항목이 뜨는데 이것을 클릭하고 신청서를 작성하면 된다. 카카오톡에서는 '국민비서 구삐' 채널을 검색해 해당 채팅방으로 이동한 후 채팅방 하단에 표시된 '청와대 관람' 메뉴를 클릭해 신청서를 작성할 수 있다, 토스에서는 토스앱 하단의 '전체 메뉴’를 클릭한 후 전체 서비스 목록 중 청와대 관람 신청하기 메뉴를 클릭하면 된다.

관람 신청 화면으로 넘어간 이후에는 개인, 단체, 65세 이상 어르신 등 관람 유형과 관람희망일자 및 시간대 선택, 관람 인원수 입력 등 정보를 기입하면 된다. 당첨 알림은 신청 그룹별로 선정해 정부 대표 행정서비스인 '국민비서'를 통해 받게된다.

청와대 개방시간은 오전 7시부터 오후 7시까지이다. 투어는 회차별로 2시간씩 진행되며 하루 총 6회에 걸쳐 진행된다. 한 회당 약 6천500명이 입장 가능하다. 개방 첫날인 5월 10일에는 정오부터 오후 8시까지 2시간 단위로 구분돼 개방된다.
